In terms of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we would like to inform all our stakeholders that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held today i.e. April 15, 2026, has inter-alia, considered and approved the following:
Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, of the Financial Year 2025-26, along with Statement of Profit & Loss, Statement of Assets & Liabilities and the Statement of Cash Flow for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, both on Standalone and Consolidated basis ('Financial Results'), in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, together with the Auditors' Reports thereon.
