Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that the 28th Annual General Meeting (''AGM'') of Medicamen Biotech Limited (''the Company'') was duly held today i.e. Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. (IST) at ISKCON Auditorium, Hare Krishna Hill, Sant Nagar Main Road, East of Kailash, New Delhi-110065. In this regard, please find enclosed herewith proceedings of the AGM as Annexure A.<BR> <BR> The Members were informed that the results on the resolutions shall be declared after receipt of the Scrutinizer's Report and would be forwarded to BSE Limited and will also be hosted on the website of the Company & Link In Time India Private Limited (Registrar).<BR> <BR> Kindly take the above on record.
