With reference to earlier letter no. MCL/SE/BSE/2019-20 dated 14th November, 2019 in respect of commencement of Real Estate Business Activities of the company in pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that company has executed an agreement with the M/s Tirupati Reality & Developers on 12th October, 2020 for Project named Medicaps Business Park. The details after comprehensive negotiations with various developers/Constructors are given in Annexure A of the letter. <BR> <BR> You are requested to please take on record above said information for your reference. <BR>
