| MEDINOVA DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 17/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we hereby inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, inter alia, to consider and approve: 1. The audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023; and 2. Other Corporate Matters Further, this is to inform you that, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Company''s Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 1st April 2023 till Friday, 19th May 2023 (both days inclusive), for designated persons.
