Pursuant to the Regulation 34(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2021, please note that certain inadvertent typographical /printing errors were noticed in the annexures to the Board Report and thereby the company is submitting its revised Annual Report. It may be noted that the error is not a material error, but a typographical error and it does not impact the Financial Statement of Financial Year ended 31st March 2022.
