| MEGA CORPORATION LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, as amended, Notice is hereby given that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 14th November, 2022, 16:30 P.M, at the Registered Office of the Company inter alia to Consider and approve the following matters: (a) Un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022; (b) Other incidental & ancillary matters. Further, we wish to inform you that the exchange was intimated vide letter dated 02nd October, 2022 regarding the closure of Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons with effect from 1st October, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022 becomes generally available information. | |
