Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Ms. Pranjal Mahapure (ACS: 69408) has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. The Company has accepted her resignation and she shall cease to be the Company Secretary w.e.f 15th May, 2023. Consequent to her resignation, Ms. Pranjal Mahapure also ceases to be Compliance officer of the Company. We thank her for her contribution to the Company during her tenure and wish her success in her future endeavours.
