Kindly note that in terms of Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report Insider Trading & SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015, it is hereby notified that "Trading Window" for Trading in Company''s Securities (Equity Shares) will remain closed for Promoter and Promoter Group, Director's ,Key Managerial Personnel, designated persons their immediate relatives and specified connected person of the Company w.e.f 1st July 2022. The trading window will be open after 48 hours of the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for quarter ended 30th June 2022 will be approved. The Board meeting date will be informed separately.
