BSE Script Code: 511377 Dear Sir/Madam, Subject: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and Designated Persons as amended, the "Trading window" for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Person, Insiders and their immediate relatives from Friday, April 1, 2022 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2022. Further the date of Board Meeting for consideration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year/ Quarter ended 31st March, 2022 will be intimated in due course/separately. The Designated Persons, Insiders and their immediate relatives will not trade in securities when trading window is closed.
