BSE Script Code: 511377 Dear Sir/Madam, Subject: Intimation of Closure of trading window for quarter ended 30.06.2022 In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders as amended, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Insiders and Designated Persons of the Company from July 01st 2022 till the conclusion of 48 Hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and period ended on 30th June, 2022. Accordingly, all the Insiders and Designated Persons are hereby advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
