| Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015('Listing Regulations'),we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 22nd October, 2020, inter-alia, considered following matters:<BR> Approved the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended 30th September, 2020 in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards (IndAS) as prescribed under Companies (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules, 2015.<BR> Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, we enclose herewith the following:<BR> a) A copy of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended 30th September, 2020 along-with Cash Flow Statement for the half year ended and Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on that date;<BR> <BR> b) Limited Review Report on said results received from Statutory Auditors of the Company.<BR> <BR> <BR> | |
