Metroglobal Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the First quarter ended June 30, 2022 & other Business as per Agenda items. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in compliance with the terms of Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been closed for all its Designated Person and their immediate relatives w.e.f. July 01, 2022 and it will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the First quarter ended June 30, 2022. Please Take the same on record.
