Dear Sir, The 30th Annual General Meeting (''AGM'') of the Company will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at 11.30 a.m. (IST) via VC / OAVM only, in accordance with the General Circular issued by the MCA dated January 13, 2021, read with General Circulars dated April 8, 2020, April 13, 2020, May 5, 2020, and May 05, 2022, and SEBI Circular dated May 13, 2022, read with January 15, 2021, and May 12, 2020. Pursuant to Regulation 34 of SEBI (LODR ) Regulations, 2015 please find enclosed herewith the 30th Annual Report of the Company for the F.Y. 2021-22 along with the Director's Report, Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated), and Notice to Shareholders for the forthcoming AGM of the Company to be held on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at 11.30 a.m. (IST) through Video Conference ('VC')/Other Audio Visual Means ('OVAM') facility.
