We are pleased to inform you that, the Company has received the Order of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ('NCLT') on June 30, 2022, which was pronounced on June 02, 2022 sanctioning the Scheme. An uncertified copy of the said Order is made available on the NCLT website. The Order of the NCLT as uploaded on its website is attached for your record. The Company is awaiting for certified copy of the said order and once it is received, the company will inform to stock exchanges accordingly. The Scheme will become effective once the Certified Copy of the said order is filed by the respective companies with the Registrar of Companies
