This is in continuation of letter dated July 29,2022 bearing reference no. MHL/Sec&Legal/2022-23/41 wherein the Company intimated that Mr. Vijender Singh(CEO) has resigned from the position of the Chief Executive Officer of Metropolis Healthcare Limited and his last working day with the Company was till the Closure of business hours of Wednesday, November 30,2022. Pursuant to request of Mr. Vijender Singh his last working day with Company has been revised to August 17,2022 and his balance notice period has been waived off. Further, the Company has appointed a Talent Search Agency and has begun the process of finding a suitable candidate for the position of CEO.
