In accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Policy for Determination of Materiality Of Events & Information of the Company, we would like to inform you that the Income Tax Department ('IT Department') is conducting a search/ inquiry under the powers conferred to them by the Income Tax Act, 1961 at the premises of the Company. The Company is providing all possible assistance to the officials and will furnish all explanations and clarifications as desired by them in this matter. We wish to inform you that the proceedings have no impact on the operational performance of the Company. We also reiterate that the Company is functioning with the highest standards of corporate governance and will keep all the stakeholders informed about the outcome on conclusion of the proceedings.
