| Pursuant to the approval of the Members vide Special Resolution passed in their Meeting held on 17.09.2021 authorizing the Board to give loans or provide any guarantee including corporate guarantee(s)/ provide any security in connection with loan(s) availed and/or to be availed by Midwest Granite Private Limited, Holding Company or any other person/bodies corporate(s) for an amount not exceeding Rs. 100 crores the Board considered and approved the proposal for providing Security on the assets of the Company to secure the due repayment of Additional Credit Facilities of Rs. 12,50,00,000/-(Rupees Twelve Crores Fifty Lakhs only) taking the total additional/ enhanced facilities to Rs.75,62,00,000/-(Seventy Five Crores Sixty two lakhs only) granted to Midwest Granite Private Limited, the Holding Company by HDFC Bank. | |
