| This is to inform you that pursuant to provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons, Designated Employees, Specified Person and their immediate relatives, will remain closed with effect from 1st April, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2023 become generally available information.
