This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended vide SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and Company's Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders read with NSE circular issued vide ref no. NSE/CML/2019/11 on 2nd April, 2019 regarding trading restriction period, the 'Trading Window' for dealing/trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, 1st October, 2021 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company. <BR> <BR> Accordingly, all the Designated Persons (including Directors and designated employees as per Company's aforesaid Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take this information on records
