| Misquita Engineering Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company schedule to be held on Monday, November 14, 2022, inter alia to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the half year ended on 30th September, 2022. Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended, we wish to inform you that the trading window of the Company under the code of conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading has already been closed from 1st October, 2022 till 48 hours after the announcement of the above said financial results.
