Board of Directors of the Company considered and approved the following matters in their meeting held today i.e., December 21, 2021 2. Recommendation of issue of Bonus Equity Shares in the proportion of 2 (Two) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date, subject to the approval of members and other approvals, consents, permissions, conditions and sanctions, as may be necessary;
