The Board Meeting to be held on 30/06/2022 has been revised to 08/07/2022 The Board Meeting to be held on 30/06/2022 has been revised to 08/07/2022. Further to our previous communication dated the 21st June 2022 pursuant to provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI(Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, intimating thereon the Board Meeting for consideration of Annual Accounts to be held on 30.6.2022, it is hereby informed that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the said meeting of Board of Directors is postponed and shall now be held on Friday, the 8th July 2022, inter alia, to consider and :- 1. approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for quarter and year ended 31st March 2022; 2. approve the Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2022.
