MMTC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2018, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Re. 0.30 per share for year ended March 31, 2018 on equity share capital as on March 31, 2018 which works out to Re. 0.20 per share post bonus share allotted on May 07, 2018. The dividend if approved by the<BR>Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be paid/dispatched within 30 days from the date of declaration.
