Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023 ii. Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. Further, in terms of Modern Engineering and Projects Limited Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated person ('the Code'), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from April 01, 2023 to June 01, 2023 for all Designated Persons as defined in the Code for the aforesaid purpose.
