We wish to inform that as on date, there is no material relevant information, event etc. that have a bearing on the operation and performance of the Company which requires disclosure as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations). Further we wish to clarify that as the shares of the Company are freely traded on the Stock Exchange and is purely market driven, the Company is unable to comment on the movement in the share price of the Company. The Company reiterates its adherence to the requirements laid down in Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and we will keep the Stock Exchange duly informed of any information as required under the said regulations as and when any such event occurs.
