Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that, on recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has appointed Mr. Utkarsh Gaur (Membership No. A60237) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company in terms of provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder and Regulation 6 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations 2015 with effect from November 22nd, 2021.<BR> We are enclosing herewith the information as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 in Annexure 1. <BR> Kindly take the above on your record.<BR>
