| We wish to inform you that pursuant to the Special Resolution passed at the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 30th September 2022, Smt. Meenu Sacheti (DIN: 02266703), has been re-appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for the second term of 5 years commencing from 01st January 2022 to 31st December 2027. Pursuant to the information as required under Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018- 19 dated June 20, 2018, issued by the BSE, we hereby inform that Smt. Meenu Sacheti is not debarred from holding the Office of Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other such authority and therefore, she is not disqualified to be re-appointed as Independent Director of the Company. The necessary information u/r 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations is attached as Annexure-1. You are requested to take the same on your records and oblige. | |
