Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in terms of<BR> clarification vide BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 regarding trading restriction period, we<BR> wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from Friday,<BR> October 01, 2021 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited financial results of the<BR> Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.<BR> Accordingly, all the Promoters, Directors, and connected persons/designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
