Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in<BR> terms of clarification vide BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 regarding trading<BR> restriction period, we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the<BR> Company will be closed from Wednesday, July 01, 2020 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after<BR> declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.<BR> Accordingly, all the Promoters, Directors, and connected persons/designated persons of the Company and<BR> their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid<BR> period of closure of trading window.<BR> The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company<BR> for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 will be informed in due course.<BR> This is for your kind information and record please.
