| Modulex Construction Technologies Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020<BR> <BR> Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors, officers and designated Persons of the Company and others covered under the Regulations from the closure of business hours on 30th September, 2020 and shall open 48 hours after the information becomes generally available after approval of Un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020.<BR> | |
