We wish to inform that in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from 01st October, 2022 for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s) till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2022. Note: 1. Designated Persons means all the Promoters, Directors, Connected Persons, Insiders and Employees of the Company. 2. Immediate relative's means spouse of a person, and includes parent, sibling, and child of such person or of the spouse, any of whom is either dependent financially on such person, or consults such person in taking decisions relating to trading in securities.
