Dear Sirs, In accordance with the Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons and their immediate relative of the company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, please note that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) with effect from October 01, 2022 for the purpose of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and Half Financial Year ended 30th September, 2022. During the aforesaid period when the Trading Window is closed, Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relative shall not trade in the Company's shares/securities. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2022, become generally available.
