Dear Sir,&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 &amp; 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, 11th February, 2021 has, inter-alia, approved the following:&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 1. Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 2. Taken on record the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Copy of the said Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited review report is enclosed herewith for your necessary record.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; The Board Meeting was commenced at 01:00 P.M. and concluded at 02:30 P.M. &lt;BR&gt;
