Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III, we wish to inform that Mrs. Jyoti Mehta, Chief Financial Officer ('CFO') of the Company has resigned due to personal reasons. The Management has accepted the request and she shall be relieved from his current responsibilities w.e.f closing business hours of May 17, 2023.
