Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors, in its meeting held today i.e. May 26th, 2023, appointed Mr. Mohd Javed Qureshi as the Chief Financial Officer ('CFO') & Key Managerial Personnel ('KMP') of Moongipa Capital Finance Limited ('the Company') with immediate effect, as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and based on approval of the Audit Committee of the Company.
