Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report of Trading by Insiders (''code'') for trading in company''s shares, the Trading Window shall remain closed w.e.f., 1st April, 2021 for the purpose of consideration and approval of audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Designated Persons shall not trade in Company''s shares/securities. <BR> <BR> The Trading Window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said Financial Results (i.e., when the information becomes generally available).
