Pursuant to the Regulation 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the 'Listing Regulations'), as amended from time to time, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e., Friday, 14th November, 2025, inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2025.
The said Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2025 and the Auditor's Limited Review Report thereon issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company are attached herewith.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11:00 A.M. and concluded at 01:00 P.M.
