Motisons Jewellers Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2025.
Further, as informed by our intimation letter dated 29th December, 2025, Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by all the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives is closed from 01st January, 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2025.
