| Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended time to time, We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, 10th August, 2022 approved the appointment of Mr. Sanjeev Mittal as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect. The details for appointment of director required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09th September, 2015 is given in the enclosed as Annexure A. It is affirmed that Mr. Sanjeev Mittal is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other such authority.
