This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today have approved raising of funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis aggregating to an amount not exceeding Rs. 100 Crores in one or more tranches, and have authorised the Finance Committee of the Company to determine the detailed terms and conditions thereof and the same will be informed to Stock Exchanges as and when finalised.
