As informed vide our letter dated 2nd November, 2022 the Board of Directors of MRO-TEK Realty Limited, Bangalore met today i.e., Wednesday, November 9, 2022 and inter-alia transacted the following businesses: 1. Considered and approved the un-audited financial results for the 2nd quarter and half- year ended 30th September, 2022. Copy of the same is enclosed herewith along with Limited Review Report. 2. Approved the incorporation of a Subsidiary to carry out the business of Telecom Solutions, IT Projects and other Turnkey Projects. Further, the meeting commenced at 5:30 P.M and concluded at 6.15 P.M.
