MRP Agro Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 19/08/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The allotment of 3,66,000 equity shares on preferential basis to promoters and non-promoters of the company having a face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten) each at a premium of Rs. 97.55/- per equity share i.e., issue price of Rs. 107.55 (Rupees One Hundred Seven and Paise Fifty-Five only) per Equity Share to proposed allottees.
