MRUGESH TRADING LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended as on 31st December, 2022 along with the Limited Review Report thereon. We further inform you that in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by the Designated Persons, the Trading Window was closed from 1st January, 2023 and will end 48 hours after the said Financial Statements are made public on 14th February, 2023. 2.
