| MSP STEEL & POWER LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/06/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 30th June, 2020 at 5.00 P.M. at the Corporate Office of the Company to, inter alia, consider, approve, and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and the year ended on 31st March, 2020.<BR> <BR> Further, pursuant to Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Trading by Insider as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 trading Window of the Company is closed from Tuesday 7th April, 2020 and shall reopen 48 hours after the said financial results becomes generally available i.e. after its disclosure to the respective Stock Exchanges. <BR> <BR> <BR> | |
