| Pursuant to our intimation dated 3rd March, 2023, for the Postal Ballot Notice dated 27th February, 2023 for seeking consent of the Members of the Company for the Resolution set out in the Notice. The resolutions mentioned in the Notice of Postal Ballot were passed with requisite majority. The resolutions are deemed as passed on the last date of the e-voting period, i.e. Tuesday, 4th April, 2023 by 5:00 p.m. (IST) Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Section 108 and 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Act) and Rule 22 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 (as amended). We hereby enclose copy of the voting results along with the Consolidated Scrutinizer''s Report on the Resolutions as submitted by Ms. Swati Bajaj, of M/s.
