This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of MSTC Limited at its meeting held today i.e. June 29, 2020 has approved the Annual Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 3 1, 2020.<BR> The Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a dividend of 3.30 per equity share, (i.e. 33% on the paid-up equity share capital) for the Financial Year 2019-20, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the 55th AGM of the Company.<BR> The Annual General Meeting of the Company will held on 25th September, 2020 through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM') <BR> The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced on June 29, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. and concluded at 22:15 p.m.
