The Trading Window, as defined in the Company's Code of Conduct pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed for designated employees which includes Directors and Officers from 1st April, 2021 up to forty eight hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2021 to the Stock Exchanges.
