Dear Sir/Madam, SUB: TRADING WINDOW CLOSURE INTIMATION This is to inform that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s code of conduct for regulating, monitoring, and reporting of trade by insiders, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by its Designated Persons and its immediate relatives shall remain closed from 1st January, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2022. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2022, shall be intimated in due course.
