We wish to inform you that the Company is proposing to make an application to the Central Government to obtain approval under Section 196, 203 read with Schedule V and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, for the appointment of Mr. Yasuhiro Ashiki (DIN: 09132637) as the Joint Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years from June 23, 2021 to June 22, 2026.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 47 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, please find enclosed herewith the copy of Newspaper advertisement published in under Section 201 of the Companies Act, 2013 in newspapers viz.
