| MUNJAL SHOWA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022, inter alia, to consider, and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2022; Further, in View of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as approved and implemented by the Company in pursuance of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, above information is Price Sensitive Information, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company was already closed for all Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after announcement of financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2022.
